Vote Sept. 9th in the DFL Primary
Clean Energy. Clean Politics.

Let’s debate, Al!

Let’s debate, Al!

Rob Fitzgerald has called on Al Franken to debate the issues. Franken complained in a new television ad that Minnesotans want a “real debate” and yet Franken has refused repeated requests to debate his DFL primary opponents.

Charge it!

Charge it!

The Bush administration has put the United States under mountains of debt. Currently, the national debt, that we know of, is increasing at a rate of 2 billion a day. But it gets worse.

When Barack Obama entered the race for president, Rob became intrigued by Obama’s promise of refusing PAC money and his commitment to a new way of doing business in Washington.

Letter to Minnesotans

This is a quick note to let you know that I’ve entered the 2008 U.S. Senate race. I am running in the DFL primary against Al Franken and I need your vote on September 9th.

Al Franken’s past is rearing up and biting his campaign. This is of great concern since this election should be a referendum on Norm Coleman’s term in office, a term that has seen the National Debt balloon, a seemingly endless war in Iraq, and a squeeze on the middle class while the richest 1% have seen their combined wealth increase at record levels.

As you may remember in 2006, I ran with the Independence Party and participated in every major debate here in Minnesota. I was a voice for bringing our troops home from Iraq. I was a voice for alternative energy, going so far as to fuel the campaign bus with 100% renewable fuels. I was a voice for our young people and young families who are being saddled with debt. I continue to be that voice, and I am asking for your vote on September 9th in the DFL primary.

Sincerely,

Rob Fitzgerald
